The room was fine. It exceeded every expectation. the attention to detail in the 'out of africa' room was really good! the bed was very comfortable. i really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath.

the walls seemed a little thin, and i could hear some conversation from the adjacent room. it wasn't too bothersome though

The free parking was convenient.

The shower head dripped constantly all night, it was quite annoying. Breakfast options were very limited, only offering prepackaged sweet snacks (I really HATE those). The bed, a standard double, felt too small for two people. IT was a real inconvenience.

The room was really bright. It was also wonderfully clean. I found the self check in process easy. This check in process felt fuss free to me.

I found no welcome from staff because of the self check in. The walls were also very thin. I could hear conversation in the adjoining room.

The self check-in process was very efficient. The hotel is beautifully maintained and has cozy interiors! The lounge was very relaxing and offered a comfortable space to unwind. I also found the provided breakfast snacks more than adequate for a light meal.

I found the check in and out process simple and easy. the location was good. It was only a short walk to local cafes and shops. parking was very easy too!

The electric car charging spaces were unfortunately occupied by non electric cars. This was disappointing as charging was a key reason for choosing the hotel.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and the amazing shower and bath facilities. The hill view from my room was fine. I found the hotel very quiet. The thoughtfully designed decor in both rooms I stayed in impressed me.

The self-check-in system made the experience somewhat impersonal , as there was no direct interaction with staff.

I found the hotel well located. A community of shops is within a short walk. Plenty of places exist for food and drinks. The hotel provides takeaway cups. They offer muffins and cereal bars for a grab and go breakfast.

The pillows did not smell fresh. I saw some marks on the bed sheets.
